The footage

A planespotting video posted by Lucky Kermit (YouTube, dated 5 Mar 2022) shows a woman in black with a pink case walking past a private jet at the Atlantic Aviation private jet terminal, Hollywood Burbank Airport. The tail reads N143K and one letter is half hidden by the winglet.

First reading: N143KP

“saw this planespotting clip on youtube and looked up the tail number out of curiosity. thought it'd be some rich guy's charter llc or shell company.”

B, not P

“i posted it. Reddit caught one letter.” A Reddit reply: “The bottom of the B is covered by the winglet.” The corrected reading is N143KB. Today N143KB is registered to a DJI AGRAS T40 crop-spraying drone (FAA certificate 9 Jul 2024), later than the footage: same number, different aircraft.

Serial 9108 · one airframe · four records

4 years 7 months between the FAA re-registration and the video that still shows the old number.

Duchesne

The N313BK registry record carries the county field DUCHESNE: Duchesne County, Uinta Basin, Utah. Same basin: Skinwalker Ranch (Uintah County).

Same FAA record: registered owner “TVPX AIRCRAFT SOLUTIONS INC TRUSTEE” (a trustee registration), certificate issue date 07/31/2017, Mode S code A35219 (hex), the transponder address in the registry.

The FAA also runs LADD, Limiting Aircraft Data Displayed: owners can have their flight data “filtered from public display by web sites that participate in the program.”
